We work with homeowners, builders, general contractors, engineers, developers, counties, HOAs, ranches, private road associations, property managers, and land managers. As a family-owned and operated business, clients work directly with the people responsible for the project.

Do you handle projects in difficult or remote locations?

Yes. We specialize in properties that require more than standard excavation, including steep terrain, remote acreage, difficult-access sites, and locations with drainage concerns. We bring the equipment, experience, and problem-solving approach needed for challenging conditions.

What types of trail work do you perform?

We build and maintain natural surface trail systems designed around terrain, drainage, and long-term use. Our experience includes hiking trails, mountain bike trails, equestrian trails, OHV trails, trail rehabilitation, and recreation infrastructure. We have partnered with Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship and completed county trail projects throughout Northern Nevada.

Can you prepare a site for new construction?

Yes. We prepare residential and commercial sites through grading, building pads, drainage improvements, land clearing, access construction, and utility trenching. We transform raw land into a construction-ready foundation.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes. We provide annual maintenance and stewardship programs that keep private roads, trails, drainage, and defensible space performing year after year. These programs include scheduled inspections, seasonal maintenance, and storm response for ranches, HOAs, municipalities, and land managers.

Do you provide emergency or storm response services?

Yes. We provide washout repair, storm response, culvert work, and drainage improvements for property owners who need reliable access after weather events.

What demolition work do you perform?

We perform demolition and site redevelopment for single-story structures, including manufactured homes, residential buildings, barns, garages, sheds, and small commercial structures. We handle complete removal, cleanup, and site preparation.

Do you support septic projects?

Yes. We provide excavation and site development support for residential septic projects. This includes perc test access prep, test pit excavation, system layout, engineered systems, leach fields, and final site restoration. We work alongside engineers, contractors, and property owners.

What does defensible space work involve?

We provide land clearing, fuel reduction, defensible space improvements, fire break preparation, access clearing, and property cleanup. This work improves safety, accessibility, and long-term property management.
